April 21st marks the 1 Year Anniversary of Princes’ passing. Paisley Park offers celebration for ticket buyers.

There’s been no shortage of Prince tributes in the year since his passing, but on the 1 year anniversary of his death, Paisley Park will has announced details for ‘Celebration 2017.’ It’s scheduled April 20-23 at his Chanhassen studio complex and will feature performances by the Revolution, Morris Day & the Time, members of the New Power Generation and 3rdEyeGirl singers.

From the ‘Celebration 2017’ website:

“CELEBRATION 2017 will honor and celebrate the life and legacy of Prince, as the world marks the first anniversary of his passing. Bringing together musicians, creative personnel, special guests and friends who worked closest with Prince and knew him best, these four days will feature live music, panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker.”

Animated film ‘Leap’ delayed premiere in US until Labor Day Weekend.

‘Leap’ is the story of an orphan girl in rural Brittany who flees to Paris with dreams of becoming a ballerina at the Grand Opera House. Starring Elle Fanning, Carly Rae Jepsen, Maddie Ziegler, Nat Wolff and Mel Brooks and produced but the Weinstein Company, it has pushed it’s release date to the end of summer.
